Meditation

 In Self-Mastery

Meditation = Awareness (non personal) = Life = Infinite Silence = Infinite Consciousness = Your eternal essence = Self Realisation = Ultimate Truth

That’s it.

It’s not:

– A Technique
– A Practise (or doing or involves a practicer)
– A Tool
– Something you learn (it’s closer to an unlearning to come to knowing)
– A visualisation

Having being called from within to share the Self Realisation message for over a decade now it’s been a blessing to witness so many profound shifts in consciousness (Awareness) and more people opening to this across the globe.

It’s also clear there’s a lot of confusion about Meditation. It’s understandable. It all becomes clear upon integrated realisation and that includes considerable dissolution of the emotional (pain body).

This confusion abounds in many ways. I’ve seen it being offered like a pill: Meditation for sleep, anger, abundance, [Name almost any subject].

It is true that Meditation, as in the opening equation, will impact all areas of life and that’s because it IS life. Life is a Living Meditation. Granted, most folk will not feel in that space much of the time. It’s OK and neither right nor wrong. It’s all an invitation to recognise, realise the unchanging Awareness/Silence.

The tools or techniques or practises people use aren’t necessarily wrong or right either. They may be helpful, they can also be a hindrance. Ultimately everything must be dropped and including the illusory ‘me’ or identity ‘i’ when this transpires then Meditation is Realised.

The tools are only there as a stepping stone or bridge which will dissolve and truth will be realised.

Inquiry (non-dual) is not separate from it. It is one with it. It too is not a practise, an intellectual exercise. It’s the same essence expressed differently. They are ultimately one and the same.

All this will be seen, realised no need to believe a word I say about it.

Truth is a realisation not a belief. Ultimately there is only One Meditation and your essence is it eternally.
