Mind the gap
“Mind the gap” is a phrase you will hear repeatedly on the London Underground, referring to the gap between the train step and the platform.
It’s directly relevant to Self Realisation. It is our belief in the mind that creates the experience of an illusory gap between our true essence and our lived experience. That belief that all one is is the body-mind is the root of all suffering.
The dissolution of that belief through the power of Silence (Awareness) coupled with spiritual (non-dual) inquiry is the key to inner-peace.
You think/believe you have a mind and experience the gap, the suffering. Time to revisit this mistaken belief.
