✨ This version will cost £16 per copy (this is more than you will find elsewhere by about £5) and that is simply because it is has extras included (see above) and personalised and packed and posted by Philip. If cost is an issue for you – use one of the other sources please – see below. It is estimated that it would require up to 25,000 – 30,000 sales to break even on costs never mind the time input in writing the book. Key reasons for this are: the large investment in professional self-publishing and the fees online retailers take per book from 15% Troubador (lowest) to 40 to 60% (Amazon), the Author has to pay for the printing out of their share about £4 book UK.

✨ The postage and packaging costs will be significant if you are outside of the UK. This is for several reasons: I am not setting up as bulk shipper, so I can’t access volume discounts, this is special limited offer.

✨ It is a requirement of Royal Mail UK that I use International Tracked for anywhere outside the UK. This provides some protections for loss. Because of the nature of the book/packaging it will be classed as a small parcel. I have looked at other options but since I am not currently looking at bulk sales this is not viable.

✨ The postage and packaging cost will vary by number of books and where you are in the world but it will actually be more cost effective for more books. Thus if you have friends you’d like to gift it to etc you can consider this option and order for them as well and pass it on locally.

✨ Outside the UK please allow two weeks for delivery.

✨ Country Taxes: Please note that books are widely free of Country related taxes but this is not universal and so where taxes apply these are handled locally in your Country as part of the delivery process. In the EU I am advised these can be around 50% of the book cost. Elsewhere, I am advised they are typically 5-10% but can be as high as 25%.

✨ Care will be taken in packaging to avoid damage. Once it leaves our home it’s in the hands of the Royal Mail. International Tracked and Signed is insured.

Please Pay particular note of this as it can make a substantial difference and, as noted, this is not a large business enterprise. In the UK there will be no fees.
