This retreat is for those deeply committed to spiritual growth as a centrepiece in their lives. It is a trigger for a transformational opening. Not for the faint hearted or just a nice weekend away. You will have attended at least one free or donate Spheres Of Light/Infinite Silence workshop beforehand.

The retreats will be kept low cost by sharing the cost of the accommodation amongst the participants and participants helping out with tidying up. For the time being and for continuities sake the retreats are only available to those who have attended at least one of the Free or Donate Workshops. To include dinner except for last night which is self-catered, includes lunches on retreat days. Meals will be vegetarian. Cereals, bread, eggs, milk/soya milk provided for breakfasts – anything else you want bring yourself. Attendees will need to bring their own last evening meal and any other special dietary needs. There may be leftovers from the other meals you can use. The option to stay over on the Sunday night is included in the cost. All beds will be made up and towels provided. Space for up to 3 cars on the drive. We will help out facilitating shared travel and train station picks from Northallerton Train Station.
Rooms & Pricing
All bedrooms are spacious and light. Bed linen and towels provided. All prices are per person. See photos above for most of the rooms.
Please note the room sharing prices are only available if two people wishing to share book at the same time. Otherwise the rooms will only be let as single occupancy.
Outline Schedule
Arrival day: Arrivals from 3pm. Initial gathering of everyone attending at 5pm for about 1.5 hours – settling into the Retreat. Home cooked evening meal provided in the Dining Room at 7pm. All to help out please with tidying up. Rest, relaxation for the rest of the evening. A spiritually based feature film will be available to watch.
Typical Retreat days: Attendees will prepare and have their own breakfasts (cereals, bread, eggs, milk/soya milk provided only) and can use either the kitchen or dining room. Retreat gathering at 10am to say 1230pm. Shared lunch and opportunity for quiet time: 1230 – 1400. Retreat Gathering 1400 – 1630. Relaxation and quiet time 1630 – 1900. Philip available for support. Home cooked shared dinner 1900 again all to help out with set up & tidying up. Spiritually based feature film with a message available afterwards. Timings adjusted on some days to allow free time – see below.
Free time: On the shorter 3 night weekend retreat we can flex times to suit the group and allow longer lunches to get some air etc.
On the 5 night retreat we anticipate a total of one day free time which may be split over two days to suit the group needs.

Post Retreat: Philip will provide up to an hour of post Retreat one to one support time either via phone, Skype or in person at his home for all participants.
Further support over and above this on a donation basis.
