The Power of Silence-1
A few minutes in she had an enormous emotional and energetic release. Guiding the other participants to remain in the Meditation I gently and quietly went over to see her.
She felt held, supported with gentle guidance to remain with it, trust, feel, witness, embrace it and simply allow things naturally came to a close a while later.
Later in sharing she explained that it had released a deep past trauma. She’d felt a great draw and resonance with what was being shared and then it emerged. She felt transformed, was blown away by the power and profundity of it. How could something so simple bring about such a transformation?
Around 30/40 people had witnessed it.
One asked: “What did you do?”
In truth it was the power of Silence/Awareness. It’s embodied presence has a powerful and transformative effect on people. Why? Because their essence is it too. When those that are ready, ripe such releases happen.
I’ve seen it many times, in-person, online at events, in one to one’s online. It’s natural, transformative, life-changing.
It’s a dissolution of that which no longer serves you. Opening to a deeper truth.
