Who am I? Meditation Exercise
The “Who am I?” Exercise is a simple, short and effective step to bring you back to awareness. Eventually, it can be used anytime to snap you back into present moment awareness. Insight is shared as to the types of response people get when particuarly when first using this. Use the questions a few times ‘inside’ to deepen the effect. It’s helpful to repeat during the day and it’s learned quickly so after a while you’ll no longer need to use the track and can incorporate into your practice.
