Why Self Realisation?

Why Self Realisation/Non-Duality?

Why Meditation?

Peace.

It’s the greatest gift of life, from life to life.

World Peace begins with inner-peace. It’s not the other way round.

Take a look at the violence in the world right now. It’s a message and invitation. A reflection of a state of collective consciousness.

What contribution can one make? Look within. Be open to inner-seeing-knowing-realising.

Did you know there are studies showing the effects of mass Meditation and how it positively affects communities?

This peace and love is within all no exceptions. You may find it hard to believe or accept. This is not about condoning violence it’s about realising truth.

The inner-violence of belief in separate-self is at the root of all these troubles. The outer labels and conflict we assign to: racism, terrorism, fascism and so on. All stem from this inner-conflict. All of them.

The next self-doubt comes from this, the next troublesome emotion, the source of trauma and on and on. The next conflict with a family member, friend, community, nation – all from this belief in separation from our essence.

All suffering ultimately does.

There’s no need for you to believe any of this. It will become True Self-Evident upon Realisation.

Of course we can help keep the peace by standing-up, many worldly and diplomatic efforts. Wonderful contributions.

For true lasting peace: It’s only going to come from within. You.

A question arose many years ago as to ‘why share this message with the world when it appears so hard for people to hear it?’ Why have others done and do the same?

From within it was heard:

“Compelling Compassion.”

That compassion is within us all. Will we hear the quiet inner-voice? Will we listen? Therein is the experience of the choice we have.

Head or heart.

What does your heart say? No need to tell me the message it has is for you.
