World Peace begins with inner-peace
World Peace begins with Inner-Peace
Two questions that crop up at events frequently in one form or another:
– Why is there so much violence?
– How do I remain at peace with all that is happening in the world?
As the shockwaves reverberate around the local community in Pennsylvania, the USA and news outlets around the world at the attempted assassination of Trump these questions will, perhaps, be on many minds.
I share this because of this unsolicited comment in an email:
“On a related note, our conversation and the Wisdom and Peace you share have stayed with me, especially in light of the events in Pennsylvania yesterday. It’s so easy to get caught up in the chaos and fear simply by trying to get the basic headlines. Your aid in staying balanced and focused on the Divine Plan and our ability to serve that is inspiring, comforting and appreciated!”

The answers to both questions is, ultimately, very simple in the end.
– The violence stems from the belief in separation from your true essence. That manifests as a belief that all you are is the body-mind, separate from all others. The inner-conflict (violence) created by this belief leads to all manner of conflict inner/outer, with friends, family, community, nationally, internationally. One extreme of it is war.
– Maintaining peace isn’t something you ‘have’ to do. It is, in truth, the perfume of your very essence as Infinite Silence, Awareness, Consciousness. It is always here eternally. It’s simply awaiting to be Realised. An aha moment of Universal Proportions and like other aha moments it is realised to be already here, already that which you are. This is Self (true Self Realisation) popularly referred to on here as non-duality. Just different words for the same essence.
Would you like peace in the world? Great.
Follow the calling within. It’s the greatest contribution that can be offered/Realised.
No need to believe a word I say. Truth is a Realisation not a belief.
World Peace begins with Inner-Peace.
If it is peace that you seek. Silence, Infinite Silence is the answer.
No if’s but’s or maybe’s. Yes and this does align with non-dual inquiry. More words for pointing at the same essence.
